Warranty Information

Warranty Information on suspension parts.

We only warranty Lower Control Arms, Radius Rods, and Trailing Arms; for the original purchaser only. If these parts are modified in any way or sold to a second buyer, the parts are no longer warrantied.

To File a warranty claim we need a picture of the buggy with the damaged part in the picture, and a picture of the whole buggy, also we will need a copy of your receipt of purchase. Send them via email to ffrfabcontact@yahoo.com. To get the replacement part, we need the damaged part shipped back to us. Keep all of your hardware from the part, for the replacement part will use the hardware that was with the original part. The purchaser is responsible for shipping of the damaged and the replacement part. Once we receive the part we will inspect and then get a replacement part sent out as soon as possible. Powdercoat and any wear items are not warrantied with the part (Heims, bushings, alignment spacers, ball joints). If powdercoating is needed just let us know in the email to file a claim and we will add it to the invoice before shipping the replacement part back.

Cages, Kickers, Doors, and Bumpers are NOT covered by any of our warranty.
